KPCC president Sudheeran faces concerted attacks in KPCC executive

Thiruvananthapuram: Concerted attacks against KPCC president V. M. Sudheeran continued on the second day of KPCC executive meeting convened to discuss the election debacle at Neyyar on Sunday.

There were demands for leadership change and organisational elections.

Mr. Sudheeran announced after the discussions that the corrective steps would be taken in the working of the party which will stay united. Party committees would be reconstituted from the booth level to KPCC.

Mr. Sudheeran said a policy document would be prepared to strengthen the party. A committee with V. D. Satheesan as convenor had been set up for this purpose. Party’s liquor policy would continue. 

He said that all were responsible for the party’s defeat in the elections. Regional committees would look into complaints.
