KPCC to be reconstituted as prelude to organisational elections

New Delhi: Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee will be reconstituted without removing V. M. Sudheeran as KPCC president. This would be followed by organisational elections at all levels.

This was announced by AICC general secretary Mukul Vasnik after discussions with Kerala leaders V. M. Sudheeran, Ramesh Chennithala and Oommen Chandy.

He said that all officer- bearers of the party would be dropped from their posts as part of the reconstitution. However, Mr. Sudheeran will continue till the organisational elections are completed.
